SPARK is a leading, exclusively e-car sharing brand in SEE and the Baltics. The private company “UAB SPARK Technologies” (Lithuania) controls SPARK’s operations in Lithuania, Bulgaria and Romania. Nerijus Dagilis, the company’s founder and CEO, launched the service in Vilnius back in 2016.
