Chief Commercial Officer E.ON Energie Romania

As Chief Commercial Officer, Claudia Griech is responsible for the entire B2C strategy of E.ON Romania. Today, she is managing a team of more than 500 employees that are covering from marketing strategy and sales channels management to customer service experience and new products and solutions development for the residential customers.

Claudia joined E.ON in 2005 and since then she was managing impactful projects that helped the company in shifting to a more digital and customer centric approach. To name some of them: NPS program with focus on improving the customers sales experience, digitalization projects, Customer First program, Sales Transformation, and many other customer-focused activities.  Also, since 2016 she was appointed as Deputy General Director for E.ON Energie Romania and E.ON Romania.
